British Drift Championship

what can i say ! awesome weekend watching 2 of our NightWalkers team compete in round 2 of the BDC, early morning was qualifying and practice sessions then after dinner the main event began , unfortunately due to a first qualifier spin off and then car problems - Chris (aka Bulk) didn't qualify in the top 16 to enter the competition, but marc ( aka crosshatch ) qualified and then went on to come 3rd place ! well done fella :D

In the evening after the competition was the NightWalkers house party and lots of alcohol was consumed by all with the night ending with Mason getting his head shaved haha

some pics of the bulk and crosshatch on the circuit

Bristol Zoo safari hunt

Well yesterday was a safari hunt.....looking for big game to shoot - with my camera :D was slightly dissapointed tho because there was no elephants :(
Reason for this dissapointment was when i was very young my father took me to the same zoo, adn the only thing i can remember from it was my father about to take a picture of teh elephant when it decided to answer the call of nature.. so the pic was of the elephants arse with a big column of shit coming out of it.... classy pic ! and i was hoping to recreate the same picture as some sort of nostalgia type thing...
wasn't a complete loss tho as i did get an asiatic lion taking a dump ( which absolutely STINKS ! ) and it also seemed to take displeasure at my photography session by pissing on the glass - right infront of me...

anyways - the promised pics

1 wedding and a funeral

Last week was quite busy with ups and downs, Wednesday was my aunti Mag's funeral in manchester so had alot of travelling/lack of sleep. The journey back was interesting ( especially when your sat nav decides to send you 200 miles thru country lanes ) with lots of roadkill , a few pheasants in various stages of splatness, then hereford to brecon was odd - 1000's of frogs on the roads, driving along you couldn't avoid them so it was pop pop pop pop with the sound of fresh froggy roadkill for about 20 or so miles...i haven't dared look under the car's wheel arches to see what mess there is.

Friday was the wedding of 2 car cruise friends Nia and Huw - who are now in canada on their honeymoon.. good luck :D

no pics this time sorry - i'll go out and get a bumper set for the next post....honest :)
